2026 Keynote Speakers

Day 1

Dr Tanvi Gautam, Global Keynote Speaker, AI-Era Leadership & Culture Change Expert, HR & Leadership Influencer

Dr. Tanvi Gautam is a multi-award-winning keynote speaker, executive coach, author and founder of Leadershift Inc. She is also Senior Faculty and Programme Director at Singapore Management University. A certified storytelling, Conversational Intelligence and Culture Talk coach, she works with global organisations including Apple, Accenture, Mastercard, Dyson, Microsoft and Coca-Cola to develop leaders and transform workplace culture.

Known for combining corporate execution with academic frameworks, Tanvi was the first Asia-based leader named to Workforce Magazine’s Game Changer list. Her work has been featured in Forbes, BBC World and other global publications, while her transformation case studies are taught internationally at business schools. She previously taught at the University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University, and worked with Arthur Andersen and Tata Consultancy Services. She is the author of two books, a top 200 global leadership influencer named by People Hum in 2022 and 2023, and the only Asia-based HR influencer on SAP’s global HXM influencer list.

Day 2

Professor Phanish Puranam, Professor of Strategy & Organization Design, INSEAD

Phanish Puranam is the Roland Berger Chair Professor of Strategy & Organization Design at INSEAD. His research explores how organisations work and how Artificial Intelligence is changing organisational design and the way humans and machines work together.

He leads INSEAD’s Organizations and Algorithms research programme and is co-founder of Ximerai, an AI start-up focused on integrating human and machine intelligence. His research has received several honours, including the Oskar Morgenstern Medal and the Sumantra Ghoshal Award. In 2026, he received an honorary doctorate from the University of Zurich.

Phanish is the author of several books, including The Microstructure of Organizations and re-Humanize: Building Human-Centric Organizations in the Age of Algorithms. He holds a Ph.D. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and previously taught at London Business School.
