Despite the frantic pace in which we live, Eric Normandeau, the founder, notes that nothing is being done to take a break and recharge our batteries, especially in the workplace.

He decided to think about how to bring naps and rest directly to the companies, close to the employees.

In 2018, the business plan around the concept of a rest cabin is taking shape. After numerous tests and iterations, the concept was validated and rest cabins were installed in many hospitals and companies.

Since then, Recharjme has been contributing every day to improve the working conditions of employees, by democratizing rest and naps at work.

In 2025, 59 booths are in operation in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick
