Our flagship 12-week accelerator develops strategic leadership capability across AI strategy & governance, enterprise financial acumen, organizational power dynamics, crisis leadership, and board readiness. This is not confidence coaching or generic leadership development. We focus on how decisions are shaped, how influence is built, and how power actually moves.
