Ticket FAQs

We do not provide a refund. However, we can transfer your pass to someone else or issue a credit for the same conference next year.

If you are unable to join us, we can transfer your ticket to another colleague. Just email our delegate team at attendees@m-mediaevents.com to request a transfer, and they will let you know about the next steps. 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to share the pass with a colleague across two days of the conference.

We do not have a set deadline. However, we recommend registering the latest one week before the conference starts. 

If you are unable to purchase a ticket via our website, we can issue an invoice to process the payment for conference tickets. Just email our delegate team at attendees@m-mediaevents.com, including the details you would like to add to the invoice, and we will forward your request to our accounts department.

For group discount information, please check available options below and email our delegate team at attendees@m-mediaevents.com for discount codes. 

Yes, we do provide a 10% for Non-Profit. Just email attendees@m-mediaevents.com, and our delegate team will share the discount code with you.

The dress code is smart casual. This dress code blends elements of business attire with casual wear, and it is more relaxed than traditional business wear but still polished and professional. 

Discounts: Get your code at attendees@m-mediaevents.com. Please note that only one discount can be applied at a time.

Small Groups 

10% discount on conference tickets for a group of 3-5. 

Medium Groups

15% discount on conference tickets for a group of 6-10. 

Large Groups

20% discount on conference tickets for a group of 11+.
