Since 2021, it has reached'311,000+ employees, including'175,000 parents, by promoting'flexible work,'family-care benefits, and'inclusive policies. Endorsed by'UNICEF Gulf'and aligned with UAE's vision, PFL offers a'free, research-backed framework'with two recognition levels:'PFL'and'PFL+.
