She is the Director, HR Operations and Associate Experience at the Friedkin Group. Her day job is orchestrating the HR technology stack for a workforce of over 2,600 associates spanning Toyota distribution, car hauling, and automotive financial products, across five states. She's also a go-to resource for the rest of a global organization, one that runs luxury resorts and staffs two European football clubs, when new HR software initiatives come up.It’s complicated. An environment like this breeds edge cases and manual workarounds. In response, Amy has partnered with her vendors to deliver over 40 integrations and workflow automations across her tech stack, complete with alerts and delivery receipts.In this talk, Amy (and Phil from Aragorn) will talk about what it takes to automate and scale in the face of real world HR complexity, delivering the infrastructure that supports the employee experience.
