Some AI change has been happening to HR, not through it — but Culture Amp's AI Effectiveness at Work data reveals what's really going on. Nearly three in four employees expect to help shape how AI is used at their company, yet barely half say leaders have explained the plan, and manager role-modeling ranks as the weakest signal in the dataset. Employees are optimistic and waiting for someone to organize that energy. That someone is HR. Through three rounds of discussion, you'll work directly with the data, pressure-test it against your own organization, and collectively draft what the ideal AI future looks like when HR writes it on purpose. You'll leave with a peer-tested vision and the evidence to back it.

Learning objectives:
•    Interpret the gap between employee AI optimism and organizational enablement — including the co-authorship expectation and the three weakest delivery signals — as an evidence-based mandate for HR to lead, rather than absorb, AI change.
•    Draft and pressure-test a vision of your organization's ideal AI future with peers, grounded in employee-voice data, that you can use to shift HR's posture from reacting to AI decisions to convening them.
