Arthoven Ng

Arthoven Ng is Managing Director of Overpowered and founder and chair of Talent Developers Singapore. He works in organisational development, learning and capability building, helping leaders and teams build the clarity, confidence and conditions for people to do their best work.

Over the past decade, he has worked across logistics, financial services, education and consulting, facilitating learning and organisational development conversations with leaders and professionals across seven APAC countries. Previously, he led a regional L&D function supporting 9,000 employees across seven Southeast Asian markets.

His work is grounded in a simple belief: talent shines brighter when people feel seen, capable and trusted. Through Overpowered and Talent Developers Singapore, he continues to create spaces where practitioners can learn from one another, share what works, and strengthen the people side of organisations.
