Founder & Chair, Talent Developers Singapore

Arthoven Ng is the Founder of Overpowered and the Founder and Chair of Talent Developers Singapore. He is an Organisational Development and workforce transformation leader working at the intersection of people, capability, and applied AI. 

 
Across his career, Arthoven has led regional capability work supporting 9,000 employees across seven Southeast Asian markets and has facilitated more than 2,000 sessions for 50,000 learners across APAC. 
 
Through Overpowered, he helps organisations turn future-of-work ambition into practical change, from stronger leadership and capability systems to AI-enabled workflows. He has built more than 30 working AI tools for real organisational use. 
 
Arthoven also founded Talent Developers Singapore, a ground-up, practitioner-led community of 100+ members. Through monthly events, he brings talent practitioners and business leaders together to exchange practice and shape what better work can look like.
