I'm way past that.

After more than 2 decades on the frontlines as a hands-on leader, operator and people activist, all the work I do is borne out of lived experience (i.e. not academia) and the constantly evolving landscape of my clients across the globe and Asia.

I've led in tech.

I've led in management consulting.

I've led in the military.

I've led in the community sector.

I channel this entire portfolio into every program, keynote and experience I design.

The future of work is multi-disciplinary. I live and breathe multi-disciplinary every single day.

In the last 3 years:

-I've founded Be the Good, an OD and leadership consultancy.

-I've co-founded Future.Pro, an experience design boutique focused on the future of work.

-I've co-founded Bros Before Woes, a men's mental health ground-up.

I'm not standing or preaching out of the credibility of my past accomplishments and fancy corporate job titles. I'm actively engaged, daily, in the trenches of the future of work that is already here.
