Caitlyn is a Certified Training & Development Professional and Certified Coach, with more than 15 years of experience in senior HR and talent roles across a range of industries. Her background spans learning design, organizational development, talent management, and change initiatives, giving her a practical view of how people systems, capability, and performance connect.
