Carolynn Ryan is an accomplished and versatile human resources leader with 25+ years' experience in human resource, organizational, change and talent management disciplines including recruitment, job evaluation, learning, compensation, employment equity, and human rights.
 
As the Senior Vice-President, People & Chief Human Resources Officer at BC , Carolynn lives by the motto “lead, learn, share” recognizing that when we lead by example, learn from one another are open to sharing our knowledge and experience, we all grow.
 
Carolynn has a Master of Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management and Labour Relations, from Queens University, a Human Resource Management Certificate, from British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology, from University of British Columbia.
