Chuck Smith is a seasoned executive leader with more than 30 years of experience in human resources and organizational leadership and previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Drive Shack, Inc., a Dallas-based
golf entertainment company. Throughout his career, Chuck has played a pivotal role in driving growth and scaling operations for a variety of high-profile organizations. His leadership experience spans the quick-service and specialty restaurant sectors, including Raising Cane's and La Madeleine French Bakery & Café, as well as major retail
brands such as GameStop, Zales, Eddie Bauer, and Kay-Bee Toys. Known as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner, Chuck has built a reputation for developing strong leadership teams, guiding organizations through periods of rapid expansion, and fostering high-performance cultures. His ability to align people strategies with business objectives has made him a
respected executive consultant and mentor. Chuck is a proud graduate of Paine College, a Historically Black College/University in Augusta, Georgia. Outside of his professional life, he is an avid sports fan, supporting the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, Georgia Bulldogs,
and Dallas Mavericks. He also enjoys playing golf and racquetball.
