Cici Shi is the VP People & Culture for SharkNinja APAC, where she leads the people strategy across a fast-growing, multi-market business in Asia Pacific.
Prior to SharkNinja, Cici spent 16 years with Mars, including as Head of Talent & Central Function BP for 20+ international markets, and as HR Head for Mars Veterinary Health Asia. She also held senior HR leadership roles in Mars China, spanning talent, HRBP and people strategy.
Cici brings broad experience in people strategy, talent, leadership development and organizational transformation, with a particular focus on building high-performing organizations to support business growth.
