David Herrera is Senior Director, Total Rewards and People Analytics at Fasken, where he leads the design and implementation of the firm’s people technology ecosystem, spanning Total Rewards, workforce analytics, and employee experience. His mandate focuses on using data, digital platforms, and responsible AI to strengthen communication, engagement, performance and well-being.

Prior to joining Fasken, David was Partner and Head of People & Organization Analytics at Korn Ferry, where he led large-scale, global analytics and EX initiatives for organizations across North America, Europe, LATAM, Asia, and Australia. In this role, he advised C-suite leaders and Boards on digital employee experience platforms, engagement strategy, organizational network analysis, and the measurement of ROI across talent, culture, and inclusion outcomes. His career also includes senior consulting roles at Mercer, Hay Group, Towers Watson, and Sintec, giving him a rare end-to-end perspective on how EX platforms create value differently for employees, HR, and leadership.
