He has coached founders, executives, and senior leadership teams on integrated approaches to talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, engagement, retention, leadership development, and cultural change.
Before joining LPI, David served in senior People, Talent, HR, and Learning & Development roles with high-growth and enterprise organizations, including Project44, Numerator, ShiftGig, Levy Restaurants, Four Seasons Hotels, and Marriott Hotels. Across these roles, he built and led teams focused on creating high-performing, scalable organizations through people.
Known for his systems thinking, pragmatic facilitation style, and ability to connect talent strategy to measurable business outcomes, David challenges leaders to move beyond theory and build the operating disciplines required for sustainable performance. His sessions are designed for leaders who want clearer accountability, stronger leadership pipelines, and more intentional talent decisions that translate into real organizational impact.
During this session, you can expect a practical, business-focused perspective from someone who has both led talent functions from the inside and advised organizations as an external partner. David welcomes continued conversation with leaders, HR executives, and practitioners who are working to build stronger leaders, healthier pipelines, and organizations that deliver through their people.
