Dawn Wong has over 20 years of professional experience leading HR teams in startups and global MNCs across technology, internet, e-commerce, retail, manufacturing and more recently, the creative and media industries.

In VaynerMedia as our SVP, Head of People and Experience for APAC, Dawn’s goal is to build the greatest human organisation of all time through a culture of empathy & creating moments that matter to talents of diverse backgrounds. Passionate about all things people and culture, Dawn is a strong advocate of building exceptional HR teams & people leaders, giving back to the HR community, and transforming talents’ experiences through digitalisation and creativity. Prior to joining the organisation, Dawn had led and built award-winning HR teams in Rakuten,  and LinkedIn, and the latest VaynerMedia, providing strategic guidance in building business and championing talents with the recent winning of the Awards in Excellence in Talent Acquisition APAC & Excellence in Employee Experiences in HR Tech Asia Awards 2026.
