Dr. Maria Pressentin
Dr. Maria Pressentin is a distinguished global leadership executive, serving as Regional Director of Human Resources, Learning & Organizational Development for APAC, GC, MEA and Head of the Regional Learning Center at Rohde & Schwarz in Singapore.
With more than 25 years of international experience across senior commercial and consulting leadership roles with organizations including Siemens AG and The Blanchard Companies, she has shaped the development of over 5,000 leaders across geographies.
Her work integrates leadership science with enterprise performance, enabling leaders to navigate complexity, build trust, and deliver sustained impact in demanding, high-stakes environments.
She holds a PhD in Cognitive Leadership, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, an ICF Certified Coach, and a published researcher on Servant Leadership in Asian contexts.
