As Vice President, Health & Wellbeing, Asia Pacific at bp, reporting to the Group Chief Medical Officer, leads health strategy, clinical governance and service delivery for 25,000 employees and contractors across 15 countries, with a multidisciplinary team of around 50 and a USD 10 million budget. Globally accountable for bp's shipping health and leads development of bp Health's global AI-enabled health intelligence platform. Known for building integrated, accountable and data-driven health functions, and for positioning workforce health as a driver of business performance with boards and executive teams.
