Francinne Hansen
Francinne (Fran) Hansen is an accomplished HR and Operations executive leader who has spent over 25 years working across multiple industries and countries. She joined LCBO in July 2025 and leads the HR Division, overseeing cultural transformation, change management, talent management, people operations, total rewards, wellness and safety, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and labour relations.
Before joining LCBO, Fran was the Chief Operating Officer at Gender Intelligence Group, responsible for all operational aspects of the business from administration to learning, leadership, sales, marketing, and IT, notably helping define a future state operating model for the company. Prior, she was SVP, HR at Vale Canada, where she delivered an HR and Labour Relations strategy grounded in business partnership, excellence in people management, and high performance. She’s also spent time in senior executive roles at Loblaws and Indigo.
Fran is a purpose-driven leader who is committed to a culture of inclusion, customer excellence and bringing an organization’s purpose and values to life for all employees and stakeholders. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Liverpool.
