Holly Brittingham is EVP and Global Chief Learning Officer at Burson where she leads the firm’s learning and development function. With more than 25 years of experience across organizational effectiveness, leadership, talent, and culture, she helps global organizations build the capabilities needed to navigate change and transformation. Prior to Burson, she held senior leadership roles at FCB, Dell/EMC, Fidelity Investments, Time Warner Cable, and Miami Dolphins Stadium.

Grounded in organization development and systems thinking, Holly’s current work focuses on helping leaders build the organizational capability needed to navigate workforce change, harness AI, and create organizations that remain adaptable, resilient, and deeply human.
