Jeslin Lim

Jeslin Lim is the Director, People & Culture at Cycle & Carriage Singapore, where she leads people and culture initiatives in a business navigating evolving workforce needs and skills. 

With extensive experience in HR leadership, she brings a practical, business-grounded perspective to the future of work — connecting people strategy with organisational performance, leadership behaviour and workforce capability. She is particularly interested in how organisations can translate AI and technological change into meaningful improvements in how work gets done, while enabling people to build the skills, judgement and confidence to adapt and grow.

A keynote speaker and panelist, she advocates for a human-centred, pragmatic approach to transformation: one that looks beyond deploying technology or rolling out training programmes to consider how work is designed, how learning happens in practice, and how leaders create the conditions for continuous development.
