Joan McGrail has been with New Balance Athletics, Inc. for more than 20 years and has served as Chief Human Resources Officer since May 2020, overseeing all global HR operations for the company’s 14,000+ associates across its 45 offices, 6 owned manufacturing facilities and 630 stores worldwide. As CHRO of one of the world’s fastest-growing footwear and apparel brands, Joan has championed initiatives that strengthen New Balance’s One NB culture, enhance organizational effectiveness, accelerate leadership development, and elevate employee well-being - while positioning HR as a strategic driver of business growth amidst the evolving world of work. Joan earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Lesley University in Cambridge.
