Kelly Marcotte
Kelly Marcotte is the Head of Talent Enablement for the Americas at Ericsson, where she is focused on the transformation of how talent is developed, supported, and sustained across the organization. Her work focuses on embedding succession planning and development into a continuous, systemic approach; ensuring talent growth across all levels of the organization is intentional, scalable, and aligned to business strategy.
Previously, Kelly served as Head of Learning & Development for North America, where she partnered with senior executives to align learning and capability-building priorities with strategic business objectives. Throughout her 9-year tenure with Ericsson, she has led large-scale initiatives spanning strategic competence development, culture transformation, and innovative learning solutions that integrate technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and change management.
Kelly is a strong advocate for leadership accountability in developing talent. She is particularly focused on equipping leaders to build talent connections that enable a deeper understanding of individuals’ backgrounds, motivations, and aspirations to foster engagement, performance, and long-term growth.
In addition, Kelly played a key role in shaping Ericsson’s global Leadership Principles, which serve as the foundation for how more than 7,000 global leaders lead, develop, and engage their teams worldwide.
She is recognized for her ability to drive transformation, operationalize talent strategies at scale, and advance leadership practices that meet the evolving demands of how quickly technology is evolving and ensuring Ericsson’s people are at the forefront.
