Kim Boado
Kim Boado, FLMI®, CIA® is Head of Employee Experience, Diversity & Inclusion, and Community Engagement at Invesco, where she leads the firm's global strategy to create workplaces where people can do their best work, feel a sense of belonging, and thrive. She is responsible for shaping the employee experience across the organization, including employee voice and listening, engagement, inclusion, recognition, community impact, and culture initiatives.
Kim's work sits at the intersection of people, data, and business performance. She leads the development of integrated listening and insight ecosystems that connect employee feedback, workforce data, and leadership action, helping organizations better understand the drivers of engagement, wellbeing, retention, and performance. Her approach focuses on creating continuous feedback loops where employee voice informs decision-making and business outcomes reinforce a more human-centered design of work.
Throughout her career, Kim has led consulting, transformation, customer experience, employee experience, and inclusion initiatives across the financial services industry. Drawing on experience in strategy, analytics, organizational change, and feedback and insight programs, she is passionate about helping organizations design environments where both people and business performance can thrive.
Kim holds a bachelor's degree in finance and journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Rice University. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA®) and a Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI®).
