Kirsten Moorefield

Head of Research, Cloverleaf Labs
United States

Kirsten Moorefield believes that the very things we often see as obstacles (self-doubt, conflict, team dynamics, data, relationships, and strengths) are actually the path to doing our greatest work. She has dedicated her career to transforming these human complexities into advantages through psychology-powered AI.

After a decade of building AI to coach people at work, Kirsten launched Cloverleaf Labs to research how technology is impacting the key ingredient behind all success: relationships. In partnership with Harvard, human coaches, HR leaders, and garnering significant media coverage, Kirsten aims to fan the flame of the public conversations on:

  • leveraging AI for humanity
  • the power of the workplace to build societal culture
  • strengthening relational curiosity for human, societal and organizational flourishing

In 2018, Kirsten and her team launched Cloverleaf, the industry’s first AI coach, years before the market was ready and long before technology could fully support the vision. Nearly a decade of learning, iterating, and deeply studying what truly helps humans grow has shaped Cloverleaf’s approach: development that meets people where they are, in the moments they need it most.

Today, the world’s most influential brands use Cloverleaf’s AI-driven coaching to unleash their people, elevate performance, strengthen relationships, and build teams that truly thrive.

Kirsten is a sought-after speaker on diversity of thought and psychologically safe cultures, with insights featured in her TEDx talk, her substack Relational Curiosity, and her bestselling book Thrive: A Collaboration Manifesto. Her mission is simple and audacious: to unleash individuals and teams to do their best work, together.
