Krista Johnson
Krista Johnson is an executive coach, organizational psychology practitioner, and organization effectiveness consultant with fifteen years of experience supporting leaders and teams inside complex, fast-moving organizations.
She currently serves as Vice President of Learning and Organization Effectiveness at Signet Jewelers, where she leads enterprise efforts to strengthen leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and performance at scale. Previously, Krista led Organization Development, Executive Coaching, and Team Effectiveness for Saks Global, partnering closely with senior leaders and teams across Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman as they navigated change, growth, and transformation. Beyond this work, she has supported leaders and teams across diverse organizations such as Meta and Airport Dimensions to advance leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational change.
In addition to her corporate work, Krista is the host of The Reflective Leader Podcast, where she explores the inner work of leadership and shares practical insights to help leaders grow with greater intention, courage, and self-awareness.
Krista holds undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and World Religion, pursued master’s studies in Human Dynamics and Counseling Psychology, earned her ICF Associate Certified Coach credential through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and is a certified Enneagram and Fierce Conversations practitioner.
