Krista Pell is the Chief People Officer at Trimac, where she leads all aspects of the company's people, culture and communications strategies, ensuring Trimac has the organizational capability, capacity, and culture to deliver its business strategy.

An experienced executive leader with 25 years of expertise in People, Culture, and Corporate Leadership, Krista is recognized for her exuberant, hands-on approach to developing, implementing, and leading strategic people and culture strategies that are instrumental in driving business success.

Prior to joining Trimac, Krista served as Chief People, Culture & Engagement Officer at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), , Vice-President of Human Resources at Cenovus Energy, and Vice -President of People & Performance at Ausenco.

Beyond Krista's professional achievements, Krista is actively involved in community leadership and athletics. Krista serves on the Board of Directors for Girls Hockey Calgary and Hospice Calgary and is the Chair of the Dean's Advisory Council at Wilfrid Laurier University.
