Kristine Dionne is a seasoned HR senior leader with over three decades of experience leading strategic human resources initiatives in several organizations across the financial services sector. As Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations at Meridian Credit Union, Kristine oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for Total Rewards, HR technology, payroll, and people analytics. She has led transformative projects including executive compensation redesign, Total Rewards Reviews, and the implementation of a modernized job evaluation system and compensation structure. Her work has consistently aligned HR strategy with business outcomes, enhancing employee engagement, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness. Kristine brings a pragmatic, empathetic and data-informed approach to leading her team, with a passion for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces that support both employee well-being and organizational success.
Prior to joining Meridian, Kristine held senior leadership roles at The Co-operators and Canadian Tire Financial Services. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and is a Certified Compensation Professional through WorldatWork.
