Kwesi began his HR career 25 years ago at Nortel in Stock Options, partnering across HR and Finance to build new programs and fix broken ones. He later joined BlackBerry, blending his passion for events and engagement with HR, progressing from Global Recognition Manager to Director of Total Rewards.
He went on to lead Total Rewards and Engagement at Shopify and HR at TradeGecko (later acquired by Intuit). After founding Forth K Corp to deliver HR and recognition strategy, Kwesi joined Guusto, where he partners with clients to design recognition strategies that drive engagement and retention at scale.
He still loves building programs—and fixing broken ones.
