Founder, President, Certified Executive Coach , Gloriacoach.com
Canada

Laure Goubau is a certified executive coach and talent management consultant. She founded Gloria after recognizing the widespread impact of women’s health challenges on careers, organizational productivity, and leadership pipelines.

Gloriacoach.com is North America’s first leadership coaching service dedicated to women navigating health challenges during their careers. The organization supports women across a range of industries and life stages—including fertility journeys, chronic and serious illness, motherhood, burnout, and menopause. Gloria works with organizations to retain and develop female talent through workshops and tailored coaching journeys that complement medical care, supporting not only wellbeing, but also sustainable leadership development and career continuity. Gloria’s roster of ICF-certified coaches works across Canada in both official languages, as well as in the United States.

Before founding Gloria, Laure served as a trusted advisor to partners and senior leaders at McCarthy Tétrault and McKinsey & Company. She led strategic initiatives related to talent management, retention, performance evaluation, and recruitment, and directed local and national programs focused on women’s advancement, mental health, and equity, diversity, and inclusion. She began her career as a litigator before transitioning into leadership and professional development.

Laure holds a B.A. in Political Science from McGill University and law degrees from the University of Ottawa (LL.L) and Université de Montréal (LL.B./JD). She is a certified partner for the Individual Directions Inventory (IDI) and Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA 360) psychometric assessments from MRG, and holds a certification in trauma-informed coaching.

Laure is regularly invited to speak at conferences and organizational forums on the intersection of women’s health, leadership, and work.
