Lin Yanhong
Lin joins Edelman as APAC Chief People Officer, responsible for the People First approach and
People strategy for the region. Lin leads the APAC People team of 40, focusing on talent
development, management, learning, and retention. As a trusted advisor, she partners with
leaders, including the CEO, COO, CFO, and COS in APAC to meet the evolving and diverse needs
of the team and business.
Lin is a people and result-focused leader, who values the unique perspective that each member
brings to the team. With more than 19 years of experience and having worked in USA, China,
and Singapore, Lin believes in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout her
career, Lin assumed roles in HR Business Partnering, HR Services, Rewards, Performance
Management, Learning, and Recruitment in companies that are best in class in Technology,
Aviation, and Energy industries, including Fortune 500 companies. Lin has also held leadership
roles covering regional and global portfolios and successfully handled 3 Mergers and
Acquisitions.
Prior to joining Edelman, Lin was the APAC HRBP Director for a world-leading industrial software
solutions company, covering a workforce of over 2000, spreading over 12 geographies.
