Mallory O'Connor
Culture and Transformation Practice Lead Mallory O’Connor helps organizations create great workplace experiences. She works with Habanero's clients to shape and deliver compelling changes to organizational culture and lead digital transformation. Building on a twenty-six-year career of strategy, culture, leadership, human-centred research and experience design, she coaches clients and collaborates with leaders and teams to solve the right problems with a learning mindset.
Mallory is an experienced leader both inside Habanero and in the community. She is a thought leader, senior advisor to clients, performance coach and mentor to colleagues. She is accountable for key strategic client relationships across our organizational portfolio. Mallory chairs conferences, delivers industry presentations, facilitates executive roundtables, panels and workshops and regularly shares insights on the intersection of employee experience, culture and technology. She extended her passion for community and public art as the past-board chair of the Vancouver Mural Festival. She was the co-founder, chair and judge of the Vancouver User Experience Awards and the Vancouver User Experience Group (VanUE).
