Since joining EllisDon over 11 years ago, Marie-Lynn has held key leadership roles, including Director of People Analytics & Total Rewards and People & Culture Manager - Total Rewards. Throughout these roles, she has successfully led major system implementations, redesigned compensation programs, and built high-performing teams aligned with business goals and inclusive cultures.
