Maximilian Siessegger

Head of Global Organizational Development, Schindler

Head of Global Organizational Development at Schindler, based in Singapore. The group has around 70,000 employees and operates in over 100 countries.

I designed the global job architecture and lead its implementation. It is the basis for headcount reporting, automated and live in over 100 legal entities, and for the cost center harmonization we are running with Group Finance. I set up the group's employee listening program, which operates at around 80 percent participation. I work with senior leadership teams across the regions on team development and coaching.

Before Schindler, ten years in consulting, mostly at Willis Towers Watson in Zurich, where I ran the Employee Insights Practice for Switzerland. Industrial & Organizational Psychologist with EMBA from University of St. Gallen.
