Melissa Kraft serves as Chief Information Officer for the City of Frisco, a dynamic and rapidly evolving community known for innovation and public-private partnerships. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in both public and private sectors, with a focus on advancing data-driven innovation in government. Previously, she served as CIO for Dallas County and held leadership roles in Denton, where she established a data academy, built a 911 quality assurance program, and supported the city’s first co-working space for technology startups. A U.S. Army veteran, Kraft is dedicated to leveraging data, technology, and resilience to improve community services and outcomes.
