Nailya Yong is heading HR APAC in Tate&Lyle, a global ingredients company creating solutions for healthier food and beverages. Her experience spans transformation, M&A, talent and leadership development. Originally from Kazakhstan, she has lived and worked in the USA, Canada, Sweden, Czech Republic, Sweden and now Singapore, shaping her global perspective on people and the workplace.

Nailya is passionate about human-centric leadership, building resilient teams and making sure work is fun! Outside of work, she enjoys sports, time with her family (which includes cutest corgi) and exploring new destinations.
