Rahim Moledina is an Organizational Development and Talent Director with more than 20 years of experience building leadership capability and organizational effectiveness across healthcare, retail, energy, technology, and the public sector.
He specializes in designing enterprise leadership systems — including executive succession, leadership frameworks, and engagement strategies — that enable organizations to adapt and perform at scale.
Most recently in healthcare at NYG, Rahim built executive succession planning and leadership development strategy from the ground up while establishing enterprise organizational development capabilities. Earlier in large-scale retail environments, he designed a first-of-its-kind customer experience and recognition system at Metro Inc. that set records in customer satisfaction, operational performance, and cost efficiency.
His work focuses on helping organizations strengthen leadership capability and decision-making as technology and AI reshape the future of work.
