Raquel Daniels is a strategic C-Suite people leader and organizational architect with over 20 years of experience designing international people operations. With a unique foundation in marketing and business strategy, Raquel approaches organizational culture not as a "soft" initiative, but as a hard asset—the critical Human Operating System—that must be engineered for scale and efficiency to drive brand value and long-term commercial growth.

Most recently, Raquel served as Global Chief Inclusion & Social Responsibility Officer at The Pokémon Company International, where she architected and drove the organization’s first culture transformation, anchored by an international inclusion people strategy across four offices. During her tenure, she transformed a $25 million social responsibility portfolio by embedding rigorous financial governance and KPIs, ensuring that community and social initiatives delivered measurable business impact.

Raquel’s career is defined by her work in high-stakes, operationally complex environments, including her time as Head of Inclusion at Southwest Airlines. There, she led large-scale culture transformations and designed leadership frameworks that reached over 98% of the executive suite, driving measurable increases in frontline engagement and operational transparency.
