Robin is Senior Director, Corporate Communications, for Health Care Service Corporation. She leads her team in strategizing and implementing internal communication initiatives, including monthly data and analytics to demonstrate communication effectiveness for the business. Robin is leading development of a companywide CommTech roadmap to transform how the business communicates to enhance productivity and engagement with employees and other stakeholder audiences. 

Previously, Robin held communication leadership roles for such companies as Tenet Healthcare, Dell, Texas Instruments and Burlington Northern Santa Fe. She also partnered with clients from diverse industries on their HR communication initiatives while employed as a director with Buck Consultants. 

Robin served previously as global chairman for the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She was named an IABC Fellow for lifetime career achievements and leadership in her profession. She has been honored twice by Ragan and PR Daily as one of the top women leaders in communications.

Robin is certified as a Strategic Communication Management Professional, an alumna of Leadership Texas and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. She is based in Dallas.
