Sally Daub
Sally Daub is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology innovator with a record of leading companies through growth, transformation, and change. Trained as both an engineer and a lawyer, she brings a rare combination of technical insight and strategic discipline to every venture she builds.
As Founder and CEO of ViXS Systems, Sally transformed a semiconductor startup into a global leader in advanced media processing. She scaled the company to more than $100 million in annual revenue, doubling revenue over six consecutive years. Under her leadership, ViXS developed a portfolio of more than 500 patents and became a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Sally was the first and only woman to found a semiconductor company and take it public.
Today, Sally is Co-Founder and CEO of BorderPass, an AI-driven legal practice focused on easing global mobility and ensuring regulatory compliance. Drawing on her background in semiconductors, she recognizes the same principles of scalability, precision, and innovation at play in the next wave of AI and emerging technologies.
A respected voice in the entrepreneurial community, Sally frequently speaks about building resilient companies, navigating uncertainty, and spotting opportunity amid technological change. Her journey from engineer and lawyer to serial founder reflects a lifelong commitment to innovation, leadership, and impact.
