As Founder and CEO of ViXS Systems, Sally transformed a semiconductor startup into a global leader in advanced media processing. She scaled the company to more than $100 million in annual revenue, doubling revenue over six consecutive years. Under her leadership, ViXS developed a portfolio of more than 500 patents and became a publicly traded company on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Sally was the first and only woman to found a semiconductor company and take it public.

Today, Sally is Co-Founder and CEO of BorderPass, an AI-driven legal practice focused on easing global mobility and ensuring regulatory compliance.
