As a dynamic, bilingual, human capital solutions leader, Isabelle Alain brings extensive experience in executive recruitment, client development, recruitment process outsourcing and talent management solutions to the Canadian Robert Half Executive Search team.

With her strong focus on delivering excellence and meeting organizational objectives, Isabelle is a subject matter expert in recruiting leaders for sales, marketing, finance, communications and HR, and has delivered on talent mandates across all industries and sectors. 

Isabelle started her career in the human capital industry 20 years ago in Montréal, where she was focused on building teams within the consumer packaged goods industry. In 2004, Isabelle joined Futurestep, a division of Korn/Ferry, specializing in mid-level executive search and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). As a member of the Canadian leadership team, Isabelle was accountable for national service delivery as well as being a member of the RPO sales, contract redaction and project governance team. Working hand-in-hand with clients, Isabelle has developed and implemented human capital solutions in a variety of industries and sectors, while always keeping her focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Isabelle holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a focus in management from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).
