Silvia Martins
Silvia Martins is Vice President of Human Resources at Arca Continental Coca‑Cola Southwest Beverages (AC-CCSWB), where she leads people strategy across one of the largest bottling operations in the U.S., supporting more than 9,000 employees.
Having worked in many different countries, Silvia brings a global perspective, additional to both strategic and operational experience, to conversations about culture, transformation, and leadership in today’s evolving workplace. She believes culture is not an HR initiative, but a daily leadership choice, and that success belongs to organizations that invest in people with intention and focus.
She is a passionate voice on culture as a competitive advantage, and believes the future of work is about designing environments where people and businesses can do their best work.
