Stephanie Varner is the Sr. Director of Global Total Rewards & HRIS at G-P where she leads the company’s global compensation, benefits, HRIS and recognition programs. Through strong collaboration and business partnership, she leverages her broad HR knowledge and experience to advise executive leadership from a holistic talent standpoint, enabling innovative solutions that are designed to attract, motivate, and retain employees, with an eye on efficient, scalable, and automated processes.
Stephanie’s experience spans both public and private companies across multiple industries in various stages of growth, all with a global reach. With deep experience in HR Business Partnership and Compensation, she has a proven track record of identifying organizational needs and crafting talent strategies tailored to the uniqueness of the business. She is passionate about pay equity and pay transparency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements around the globe while embedding these critical concepts into business practices.
Stephanie received her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University. She resides in the Chicago suburbs with her family.
