Sudha Dwivedi is the Group Head, People & Culture at Interac Corp., where she leads cultural transformation, talent strategy, and the advancement of business outcomes through progressive people practices. As a strategic and innovative HR executive, Sudha is known for translating organizational vision into impactful programs that strengthen performance, employee engagement, profitability, and long-term growth. She is widely recognized as an empowering leader who supports executive leadership and organizations with a unique perspective, grounded in the belief that human beings are an organization’s greatest assets – a philosophy that has shaped her decades long career across the financial, technology and medical services sectors.  

Recognized as an empowering leader and one of the Top 100 Professionals in Canada by The Official Top 100 Magazine, Sudha has built a strong reputation as a changemaker and brings deep expertise in talent management, organizational development, M&A integration and enterprise-wide transformation. She is a passionate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) champion, committed to ensuring that every employee feels they have a meaningful seat at the table.  

Sudha’s dedication to community impact is reflected in her extensive board and volunteer work. She currently serves as a Board Director for Springboard Services and Career Edge, where she also chairs the HR committee on both boards. In addition to this work, Sudha is a certified leadership and life skills coach, further demonstrating her commitment to empowering others and fostering personal and professional growth. 

A native Montrealer, Sudha holds an MBA from Concordia University and a BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University. She is conversant in French and fluent in Hindi, bringing a global and culturally attuned perspective to her leadership.
