Sudha Dwivedi is the Group Head, People & Culture at Interac Corp., where she leads cultural transformation, talent strategy, and the advancement of business outcomes through progressive people practices. As a strategic and innovative HR executive, Sudha is known for translating organizational vision into impactful programs that strengthen performance, employee engagement, profitability, and long-term growth. She is widely recognized as an empowering leader who supports executive leadership and organizations with a unique perspective, grounded in the belief that human beings are an organization’s greatest assets – a philosophy that has shaped her decades long career across the financial, technology and medical services sectors.

A native Montrealer, Sudha holds an MBA from Concordia University and a BA in Industrial Relations from McGill University. She is conversant in French and fluent in Hindi, bringing a global and culturally attuned perspective to her leadership.
