Susan Easby

Execuitive Vice President, People Practices , Klick Health

Sue Easby is the Executive Vice President of People Practices at Klick Health and a strategic leader with more than three decades of experience shaping organizations, developing leaders, and scaling cultures built for the future of work.

At Klick—the world’s largest independent health marketing and commercialization agency—Sue leads the company’s People Practices function, designing and evolving the systems that power Klick’s award-winning, people-first culture. Her focus is on building scalable, craft-centered organizational models and leadership systems that enable high performance, creativity, and human connection at the pace of modern business.

Sue’s career spans an uncommon range of experiences across global enterprises, high-growth environments, and entrepreneurship. She began her journey at IBM before co-founding InsightU, a pioneering e-learning and performance tech company that transformed how major retailers—such as Staples, Best Buy, and Sears—trained and developed their people. As CEO, she led the company through rapid expansion until its successful acquisition in 2010.

Following that chapter, Sue served as President of the Institute for Health and Human Potential and later held senior executive roles at Shaw and Rogers Communications, where she guided large teams through periods of intense transformation, scale, and cultural evolution. Across her career, she has led small to large global teams and navigated complex systems spanning technology, healthcare, learning, and organizational development.

What ties these experiences together is a deep passion for developing leaders—not as individuals to “fix,” but as interconnected contributors within a broader organizational system. Her keynote work explores this paradigm shift: moving from leadership as a set of competencies to leadership as an intentionally designed system that enables trust, adaptability, and shared intelligence.
