Susan Manning is the Head of Learning, Leadership & Culture at Enbridge, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Leadership & Organizational Development and Human Resources. Known for her authenticity, high energy, and exceptional communication skills, Susan has supported the growth of thousands of leaders across industries. She is widely recognized for her ability to build trust, foster connection, and navigate the complex intersection of culture, strategy, team performance, and leadership development.
Throughout her career, Susan has designed and led high‑impact learning, leadership, and culture strategies for organizations undergoing transformation and growth. Her work spans leadership capability building, culture strategy design, coaching, and university‑level instruction—each contributing to a holistic, practical approach to developing leaders and strengthening organizational culture.
Susan holds a degree in Psychology, the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation, and an ACC credential from the International Coach Federation. She is also a graduate of the Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University.
