Tiffany Smye is a Canadian HR leader with more than 15 years of experience designing, championing and leading talent programs that elevate culture, capability, and performance. She started her career in talent acquisition, working in executive search before transitioning to campus recruitment. From there, she held progressively senior positions in talent management and human resources for some of Canada's most reputable brands, including Deloitte, RBC and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment.
As the Founder & Principal Consultant of TCS Talent Consulting, she partners with individuals and organizations to deliver practical, impactful solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness through coaching, HR advisory and bespoke talent programs.
