Tolga Cebe

Mr. Tolga Cebe, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Coca-Cola Bottling Investment Group

(BIG) Southeast Asia (Singapore – Malaysia – Brunei and Myanmar), brings over 20 years

of experience within The Coca-Cola system across multiple markets.

Tolga has taken various leadership roles in marketing, sales&operations and general

management at Coca-Cola with a diverse geographical coverage across Turkey, Middle East,

India and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Tolga built deep expertise in business

strategy and transformation through management consulting roles at Boston Consulting

Group and Monitor Group.

Tolga holds double majors in Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering, and an MBA

from INSEAD, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School.

A strong advocate of agility, diversity and inclusion, Tolga believes in harnessing cross-

market consumer insights to unlock sustainable growth. He has been instrumental in

advancing digital transformation initiatives, including modern digital ordering solutions for

retail partners, while championing sustainability programmes aligned with Coca-Cola’s

global environmental ambitions.
