Launched by Abu Dhabi’s Early Childhood Authority, the Parent-friendly Label (PFL) is a UAE-wide initiative recognizing organizations that support parents of young children (0–8 years). More than a label, PFL is a movement to reshape workplace culture and prioritize family well-being.

Since 2021, it has reached 311,000+ employees, including 175,000 parents, by promoting flexible work, family-care benefits, and inclusive policies. Endorsed by UNICEF Gulf and aligned with UAE’s vision, PFL offers a free, research-backed framework with two recognition levels: PFL and PFL+.
