By accepting or collecting my event pass/badge, I acknowledge and agree that M-Media Events Ltd does not provide, operate or control transportation or motor vehicles in connection with my attendance at the event.

Any use by me of a personal, rented, hired or third-party vehicle or transportation service, including taxis, rideshare services and rental vehicles, is undertaken at my own risk and is my own responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree that M-Media Events Ltd shall not be liable for any accident, injury, death, loss, damage, claim, cost or liability arising from or relating to my use of, travel in, operation of, or interaction with any such vehicle or transportation service, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

I understand and accept that I am responsible for ensuring that any vehicle I operate is appropriately licensed and insured as required by applicable law.
